General Information
The Vitamin D Rapid Test is designed for the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of conditions such as rickets, osteomalacia, postmenopausal osteoporosis, and renal osteopathy. Vitamin D deficiency has also been linked to various other health issues, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and depression. Regular monitoring of vitamin D levels is recommended to determine the need for supplementation. The test can be conducted at any time of the day.

Ingredients
This test kit includes:
- 1 Test Cassette
- 1 Capillary Dropper
- 1 Buffer
- 1 Alcohol Pad
- 2 Lancets
- 1 Colour Card
- 1 Package Insert
Directions for Use
- Wash your hands with soap and rinse with clear warm water.
- Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Remove the test cassette and place it on a clean, level surface. For best results, perform the test immediately after opening the pouch.
- Remove the cap from the lancet and dispose of it properly.
- Use the alcohol pad to clean the fingertip of the middle or ring finger. Allow it to air dry.
- Press the lancet against the cleaned fingertip; the tip retracts automatically after use. Massage the hand towards the fingertip to obtain a blood drop.
- Without squeezing the dropper bulb, place it in contact with the blood. The blood will migrate into the dropper.
- If necessary, massage the finger again to obtain more blood, ensuring there are no air bubbles.
- Release the blood into the Specimen well (S) of the cassette by squeezing the dropper bulb.
- Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read the results after 10 minutes, comparing the T line intensity with the provided "Vitamin D Colour Card." Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
Storage & Warnings
Please read all information in the package insert before using the test:
- This test is for in vitro diagnostic self-testing only.
- Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking in the area where specimens or kits are handled.
- Store in a dry place at 2-30°C (36-86°F), avoiding excess moisture. Do not use if the foil packaging is damaged or opened.
- This test is intended as a preliminary test only. If results are repeatedly abnormal, consult a healthcare professional.
- Follow the indicated time strictly and use the test only once. Do not touch the test window of the cassette.
- Do not freeze or use the test after the expiration date printed on the package.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Dispose of used tests according to local regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
