The Vaginal pH Rapid Test Panel (Vaginal Swab) is designed for the semi-quantitative detection of pH levels in female vaginal swab specimens. This rapid dry chemical method aids in diagnosing bacterial vaginosis.

Ingredients

Directions for Use
To perform the test using a female vaginal swab specimen, follow these steps:
- Wash your hands before starting the test.
- Open the package and remove the swab, avoiding contact with the head of the swab (polyester head).
- Separate the labia to expose the vagina.
- Gently insert the head of the swab into the vagina, pressing to a depth of approximately 2 inches for about 10 seconds to ensure the swab is well moistened.
- Withdraw the swab for testing.
Allow the test panel, reagents, swab specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) before testing.
- Remove the test panel from the sealed pouch and use it within one hour for best results.
- Place the test panel on a clean, flat surface or hold it in your hand.
- Apply the head of the swab onto the pH area of the test panel at least 5 times, ensuring adequate secretion is applied.
- Read the result immediately while the measurement zone is still wet, comparing it with the color scale on the foil pouch. Record the closest value from the color scale.
After evaluation, dispose of the used panel and swab properly.
Storage & Warnings
- For self-testing in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use after the expiration date.
- Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking in the area where specimens and kits are handled.
- Discard used tests according to local regulations.
- Humidity and temperature may adversely affect results.
- Do not use if the pouch is damaged.
- Use each test panel only once and only utilize the swab provided in the kit.
- Only open the swab package immediately before specimen collection.
- Avoid using this test until at least 72 hours after using vaginal preparations such as contraceptive creams and antifungal agents.
- Avoid using this test for 48 hours after sexual intercourse or douching.
- Do not use this test until 5 days after the menstrual period is over.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
