The Urinary Tract Infections Rapid Test (Urine) consists of firm plastic strips with multiple reagent areas. This test is designed for the qualitative detection of Blood, Protein, Nitrite, and Leukocytes in human urine. It is intended for single-use self-testing.

Directions for Use
For best results, collect the urine sample in the early morning when it is most concentrated. Ensure that the sample does not come into contact with toilet water or any cleaning substances. Women should avoid testing during or for three days after their menstrual period, and the sample should be free from vaginal fluids to prevent misleading results.
Collect Urine: Use the supplied plastic cup or a clean cup without residues. Fill the cup with urine.
Performing the Test:
- Open the foil pouch and remove the test strip without touching the test fields. It is recommended to perform the test immediately after opening.
- Dip the strip into the urine sample, ensuring all four test fields are immersed for 1-2 seconds.
- Remove the strip and wipe excess urine against the container rim or with absorbent material to avoid contamination.
- Wait for 2 minutes (do not read results after 3 minutes). Compare the results for each parameter with the provided colour chart.
Storage & Warnings
- Read the instructions carefully before use.
- For self-testing in vitro diagnostic use only.
- Store in a dry place between 2-30°C (36-86°F), away from excess moisture.
- Do not use if the foil packaging is damaged or opened.
- Ensure a clean, uncontaminated container is used for urine collection.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date or if the pouch is damaged.
- Adhere strictly to the indicated testing time.
- Each test is for single use only; do not dismantle or touch the reagent areas.
- For external use only. Dispose of used tests according to local regulations.
- If color identification is difficult, seek assistance for accurate result reading.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
