The FSH Rapid Test Midstream is a rapid, one-step lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in urine. This test aids in the detection of menopause and utilizes a combination of monoclonal anti-FSH antibodies to identify elevated levels of FSH. The results can be obtained by either urinating on or immersing the absorbent tip of the test midstream in urine.

Directions for Use
To ensure accurate results, follow these steps:
- Allow the test, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) before testing.
- Determine the appropriate day to begin testing.
- Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Remove the test from the sealed pouch and use it immediately within one hour.
- Remove the cap of the midstream and hold it to place the absorbent tip in the urine stream or immerse it in a clean cup of urine for at least 10-15 seconds.
- Replace the cap on the testing midstream and lay it on a clean, stable surface with the test and control window facing upwards. Start the timer immediately.
- As the test begins to work, a light-colored flow will move across the test and control window. Read the result at 3 minutes and do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
Storage & Warnings
- Please read all information in the package insert before performing the test.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Keep the test in the sealed pouch until use.
- Store in a dry place at 2-30°C (36-86°F). Do not freeze.
- Do not use if the pouch is torn or damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For in vitro diagnostic use only.
- Do not open the foil pouch until ready to start the test.
- Use the test only once.
- Discard the used test according to local regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
