General Information
The COVID-19/RSV/Influenza A&B Antigen Test Kit is a lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza A, and influenza B viral nucleoprotein antigens in nasal swabs. This test is intended to assist in the diagnosis of individuals exhibiting respiratory infection symptoms. It is most effective for detecting SARS-CoV-2 within the first 7 days and for influenza A/B or RSV within the first 4 days of symptom onset. This kit is suitable for home use in a non-laboratory setting, and results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical evaluations and other laboratory tests.

Directions for Use
This test is for self-testing. Please carefully read the instructions before conducting the test. It is intended for use by adults only and can only be performed once.
To perform the test:
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Prepare the extraction tube by tearing off the aluminum foil and placing it in the stand.
- Open the swab package without touching the swab tip.
- Tilt your head back, insert the swab 1.5–2.5 cm into one nostril, and rotate it five times against the nasal wall. Repeat in the other nostril.
- Place the swab in the extraction tube and rotate it five times against the tube walls, allowing it to sit for 1 minute.
- Remove the swab while squeezing the tube to extract the liquid, then secure the nozzle cap.
- Open the test device and add three drops to the specimen wells.
- Read the result at 15 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
- Dispose of used components in the biohazard bag and wash your hands again.
Storage & Warnings
Store the test kit in its original packaging at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C. Do not freeze. The kit remains stable until the expiration date indicated on the outer packaging. After opening the pouch, the test must be used within one hour. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot and humid conditions.
Warnings:
- For in vitro diagnostic use only.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Perform the test at room temperature (15 to 30°C).
- Keep the test cassette sealed until use.
- Read all instructions thoroughly before testing.
- Do not mix components from different lots.
- A positive result does not necessarily indicate infectiousness.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
