Directions for Use
To use, remove the applicator from the box, ensuring the tamper evident tab is intact. Hold the applicator with the narrow end facing upwards, twist off the tab, and discard. Gently insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end 2-3 times to deposit Conceive Plus into the vaginal cavity. Remove while continuing to squeeze the bulb end and discard. Apply up to 15 minutes before sexual activity for optimal coating of the vagina and cervix. For additional moisture, consider using the multi-use tube or another applicator.
Storage & Warnings
- This applicator is for single use only and should not be reused or stored after opening.
- Not intended as a contraceptive; does not kill sperm or interfere with sperm function.
- Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor if it persists.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Conceive Plus is very slippery; clean any spills immediately.
- Consult a physician if pregnancy does not occur after 6 months of use.
- This product is not designed for home insemination procedures.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
