Colgate Advanced Whitening Tartar Control Toothpaste is designed with active micro-cleansing crystals to help achieve whiter teeth in just 7 days while preventing tartar build-up. This toothpaste effectively polishes and whitens teeth, combats plaque, and helps prevent cavities for overall dental health.

It is sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan, packaged in a recyclable tube (excluding the cap).

Ingredients

Water, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Calcium Pyrophosphate, PEG-12, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Flavour, Cellulose Gum, Potassium Hydroxide, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Phosphoric Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Fluoride, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Saccharin.

Contains: The equivalent of 1450ppm Fluoride.

Allergen Free From: Gluten and Sugar.

Directions for Use

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children aged 6 years or less. Colgate recommends using specially formulated toothpaste for children.

Store below 30°C.

Recyclable Information

Both the tube and the box are recyclable. For the tube, please remove the cap and dispose of it separately. Follow local council guidelines for recycling HDPE 2 plastics or recycle through TerraCycle. For more information, visit colgate.com.au/goodness.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
