Colgate® Savacol® Mouthwash Alcohol Free Fresh Mint is an antiseptic mouth and throat rinse designed to combat bacteria in the mouth and reduce dental plaque. Its antibacterial properties assist in the treatment of gingivitis while providing a refreshing mint flavor.

Ingredients
Chlorhexidine gluconate 1.26mg/mL. Contains cetylpyridinium chloride as a preservative.
Directions for Use
Rinse or gargle for 1 full minute after meals and spit out. For adults, use 15mL undiluted. For children under 10 years, use 7.5mL undiluted under adult supervision. For mouth ulcers, rinse 3 times daily. For dental plaque and gingivitis, rinse 2 times daily, ideally after brushing and flossing. For post-dental treatment, follow your dentist's advice. To prevent denture breath, rinse daily in addition to denture cleaning.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken and use within 4 weeks of opening. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse well with water. Chlorhexidine can cause severe allergic reactions; seek immediate medical assistance if this occurs.
If red or bleeding gums persist for more than 2 weeks, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Symptoms such as painful, swollen gums, loose teeth, and bad breath may indicate periodontitis, a serious gum disease requiring professional treatment.
Potential side effects may include temporary changes in taste perception, reversible staining of teeth and restorations, and increased tartar production. Stains resulting from Savacol use do not adversely affect gum health and can be removed by a dental professional. Regular dental visits are recommended for stain or tartar removal, at least every six months or as advised by your dentist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
