Directions for Use

Filling the Water Tank:

  1. Open the water tank cover and pull the tank down to the marked line.
  2. Lay the flosser flat, facing the opening toward the faucet, and fill with cold or warm water (up to 40°C) or mouthwash.
  3. Close the tank cover firmly and dry off any excess liquid.

Using the Water Flosser:

  1. Place the nozzle in your mouth before turning the device on.
  2. Align the nozzle against your teeth and gumline.
  3. Move the nozzle along the gumline, focusing on areas between teeth and around braces.
  4. Open your mouth slightly while flossing to avoid water splashing.
  5. Maintain the flosser in an upright position to ensure proper water flow.
  6. Refill the water tank as needed for a complete flossing session.

Storage & Warnings

Keep the device dry before charging. The product is suitable for children aged 8 and over with adult supervision. Replace the nozzle every six months or if the tip is deformed to ensure proper functioning.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
