Ingredients

Important safety warnings: Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use, even if you have used colouring products before. This product is not suitable for individuals under 16 years of age.
- Avoid use if you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- Do not use if you have experienced any reaction to hair colouring products or temporary "black henna" tattoos.
In case of a reaction or if in doubt, consult a doctor before use. Rinse hair well after application and avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately if contact occurs. Do not use this product to dye eyelashes or eyebrows, and wear suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
For Australia and New Zealand only: This product may cause skin sensitisation in certain individuals. A preliminary test should be conducted before use. The mixing ratio is printed on the label.
First aid information: For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush continuously with water for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with running water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
