Directions for Use
- Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to colouring.
- Combine the Colour Blend Formula (labeled 1) with the Colour Blend Activator (labeled 2) in the applicator bottle and close the cap.
- Wearing gloves, shake the bottle with a finger over the applicator.
- Section your hair and apply the colour starting from the roots and working towards the ends.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes or 45 minutes for stubborn greys.
- Rinse and apply the ColourSeal Conditioning Gloss (labeled 3) to enhance shine. Save any remaining conditioner for weekly use.

Do not use this product if:
- You have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- You have ever experienced a reaction after dyeing your hair.
- You have reacted to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
For safety, conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
