Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Shipping
At CHAMP, we prioritize quick service and aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping provider; delivery times can be checked on their website. Please note that any refunds will deduct the cost of outbound shipping.
Returns
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service via email within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund. We cannot accept change of mind returns for opened mouthguards. The buyer is responsible for return postage fees.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to follow up after a delivery attempt, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
