The formulation includes:
- Propylene Glycol Dicaprylocaprate
- Butoxyl
- Turpentine Oil 10%
- Chlorocresol

Directions for Use
For adults, the elderly, and children over 1 year:
- Wash and dry hands before use.
- Tilt the head sideways with the affected ear facing upwards. Avoid contact between the dropper and the ear.
- Using the dropper, place 5 drops of the oil into the ear and gently massage around the outer ear.
- Do not insert the dropper or any solid object into the ear.
- Maintain the head tilt for a few minutes to allow the drops to reach the eardrum, then use a tissue to wipe away any excess product.
- Repeat in the other ear if necessary. Use twice a day for three days.
For children under 5 years, medical diagnosis and supervision are advised (see leaflet). After opening, store the dropper in the bottle. Follow any additional instructions provided by a healthcare professional for effective wax removal. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Storage & Warnings

- Discard the drops six months after opening.
- Do not store above 30 degrees Celsius.
- Do not freeze.
- Be cautious of spills, as surfaces may become slippery.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
