General Information
Caruso's Veins Care Cream™ is formulated with a unique blend of herbs, magnesium, and Jojoba oil, designed for topical application to support the health of blood vessels. This cream features horse chestnut seed extract, known for its potential to promote healthy blood vessels and alleviate bruise pain. Additionally, Witch Hazel is included for its traditional use in Western Herbal Medicine as an astringent and for reducing mild varicose vein symptoms. In Traditional Native American Medicine, it is recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties and use in easing symptoms of hemorrhoids.
The cream also contains Oligopin™, an extract from French Maritime Pine Bark, along with magnesium and Jojoba Oil.

Ingredients
Each gram of cream contains:
- Pinus pinaster (French Maritime Pine Bark Oligopin®) extract dry concentrate: 2.5mg
- Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) extract dry concentrate: 10mg
- Aesculus hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) extract dry concentrate: 16.6mg
- Dried Magnesium Sulphate: 80mg (equivalent to Magnesium 10.4mg)
- Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba Oil) seed oil: 10mg
Contains: Benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, and potassium sorbate.
Directions for Use
Apply 5g (approximately 1 teaspoon) to the affected area(s) and gently massage until fully absorbed. Repeat up to 3 times daily or as needed.
Storage & Warnings
Do not open if the cap seal is broken or damaged. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
