Caruso's Anxiety Aid® is formulated to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and stress. It promotes relaxation, calms the mind, and supports emotional wellbeing. The product features the unique ingredient Cyracos®, an extract derived from the herb Melissa officinalis, also known as Lemon balm. This product combines a blend of herbs aimed at alleviating the symptoms associated with mild anxiety, stress, and nervous tension.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains:

  • Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) stem bark outer ext. dry conc. 50mg from dry stem bark outer 2g (2,000mg)
  • Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm from Cyracos®) herb ext. dry conc. 300mg from min. dry herb 1.95g (1,950mg) standardized to contain Rosmarinic acid 33mg
  • Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) herb flowering and fruiting ext. dry conc. 75mg from dry herb flowering and fruiting 750mg
  • Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms equivalent to Vitamin D3 500IU

Directions for Use

Adults should take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as advised by a health professional.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
