General Information
This vaginal probe, when used with an electrical stimulator (sold separately), provides gentle stimulation to the pelvic floor muscles, helping to strengthen the muscles beneath the uterus, bladder, and bowels. It serves as a convenient and effective solution for improving pelvic health, gaining control over incontinence, and enhancing sexual experience. Sessions last for 20 minutes a day and should be continued for a period of 12 weeks, with many users noticing improvements in as little as 3-4 weeks. The probe is also suitable for use with an anal probe to aid in managing symptoms of bladder weakness in men and fecal incontinence. The Plus probe measures 140mm in length, which is 40mm longer than the small vaginal probe.

Directions for Use
For ease of insertion, it is usually best to lie on your back with your knees bent, although side-lying is also acceptable. Ensure the electrode plates face your hips (left and right), not towards your tailbone or pubic bone unless advised otherwise by a health professional. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant to assist with insertion and contact. Only insert the body of the electrode; the flange at the end where the leads exit must remain outside the vagina. During pelvic floor muscle contractions when the stimulation machine is active, you should feel the end of the probe moving downwards towards your tailbone. The sensation should be strong but not painful. It may take several sessions to adjust to the feeling before increasing stimulation intensity. Even without immediate contractions, the stimulation will help reconnect the pelvic floor with the sensory and motor cortexes in the brain.
This probe is intended for single-person use and should not be autoclaved. While made from medical-grade materials, it is not guaranteed to be sterile, so cleaning before first use is recommended.
Storage & Warnings
Contraindications & Precautions:
- Do not use if fitted with a cardiac pacemaker
- Do not use if pregnant
- Avoid use if there is an infection, tissue damage, or a recent surgical scar
- Do not use vaginally during menstruation
- Avoid use if there is a history of carcinoma at the stimulation site
- Seek medical guidance if irritation or discomfort occurs
Caution is advised:
- When using electrical stimulation on patients with altered or reduced tissue sensation
- Seek medical guidance if the user has a history of epilepsy
- When using with equipment capable of delivering outputs exceeding 2mA/cm²
Cleaning:
- Wash in warm soapy water
- Rinse in clean water and dry thoroughly
- Repeat after each use and store in its plastic bag
- Do not use boiling water
Disposal: Clean thoroughly and dispose of according to local regulations. Contains nickel, which may cause irritation or allergic reactions with prolonged contact. Always follow user instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
