The Caremax Anal Probe is designed for use with Caremax TENS machines (sold separately). This slim probe is constructed from medical-grade stainless steel and bio-plastic, making it suitable for use with most muscle stimulators to assist in the treatment of fecal incontinence for both men and women. It is estimated that one in seven men will experience some form of incontinence in their lifetime. The probe aids in retraining pelvic floor muscles through painless electrical stimulation, promoting repeated contractions and relaxations to strengthen these muscles, ultimately preventing leakage and improving bladder control.

Directions for Use
For optimal comfort, it is recommended to use the probe when the rectum is empty. A small amount of water-based lubricant can assist with insertion. Only the body of the electrode should be inserted into the anus; the flange must remain outside. It may be helpful to take a deep breath and relax as you exhale while gently inserting the probe. The electrode plates should face towards the hips for the best contact with the pelvic floor muscles. The leads connecting to the stimulation machine should be directed upwards. During stimulation, a strong buzzing sensation is normal, and it may take a few sessions to become accustomed to the feeling.
Storage & Warnings
Each probe is designed for easy use and can last between 12 to 18 months with proper care. Clean the probe with warm, soapy water before use, avoiding boiling water as it may damage the device. To clean, rinse the insertable part under water while keeping wires dry. If used vaginally and anally, ensure thorough cleaning between uses. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
