General Information
The Conductive TENS Wrist Wrap is designed for effective treatment of wrist injuries. It provides relief from wrist pain by reducing swelling and improving blood flow. This wrap is made from high-quality antibacterial silver nylon, ensuring maximum conductivity and comfort. It is compatible with electrical stimulators or TENS units and is available in a one-size-fits-most design.
Common conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome can lead to wrist pain. Electrotherapy can help alleviate muscle and nerve pain, especially in areas where self-adhesive electrodes are not practical. Our conductive garments utilize woven silver nylon, which conducts electrical current evenly throughout the wrap when connected to an electrotherapy device (not included), offering effective pain relief.
This product includes one pair of wrist wraps per order. Please note that two electrodes must be connected simultaneously to experience stimulation.

Directions for Use
For optimal performance, store and use the product in conditions ranging from -20°C to 55°C, with a relative humidity of 10%-95%, and atmospheric pressure between 700 hPa and 1060 hPa.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
