Directions for Use
Please refer to the instruction booklet for diagrams and complete instructions.
- Remove the thermometer’s protective cover.
- Press the Power button.
- Attach a new Braun lens filter.
- Insert the probe snugly into the ear canal.
- Press and release the Start button. A confirmation beep will sound when the temperature is taken.
- Read the temperature display.
- Remove from the ear and gently pull off the disposable lens filter.
- Discard the used lens filter.
Always use the thermometer with an undamaged lens filter for each measurement to ensure accuracy and hygiene, and to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Note that measurements can vary between the right and left ear; always take the temperature in the same ear. Ensure the ear is free from excess wax buildup for an accurate reading, and use the untreated ear if medications have been placed in the ear canal.
Storage & Warnings
The thermometer contains a button battery, which is hazardous. It should be kept out of reach of children (both new and used batteries) and away from heat sources. The battery can cause severe injuries if swallowed or placed inside any part of the body. In case of swallowing, contact Poisons Information Centre:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
