Directions for Use

To properly use the knee brace, follow these steps:

  • Open all closures.
  • Slip the brace over your foot and up your leg.
  • Position the brace so the central patella hole is over your kneecap, with hinges on either side.
  • Apply the four straps in a diamond configuration around the kneecap.
  • The two top straps should overlap, as do the two lower straps.
  • Avoid overstretching the straps to ensure proper fit.
  • Ensure medium to mild pressure is applied, adjusting later as needed.
  • Thread the top and bottom outer locking straps through the D loops and double back to secure.
  • Check that hinges are positioned equally on both sides of the knee.
  • Flex your knee to ensure the brace fits comfortably. If uncomfortable, reapply.
  • Do not apply over open wounds or if you are prone to dermatitis.
  • Compression should be firm but not restrictive; consult a physician if unsure.

Care

To maintain the knee brace:

  • Hand wash with warm water.
  • Use mild detergent; do not bleach.
  • Avoid tumble drying and dry cleaning.
  • Hang to air-dry in a well-ventilated area.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
