This thermal knee sleeve is designed with four outer elastic straps, two locking straps for optimal fit, and mild lateral stability stays. It is constructed from CR neoprene and breathable mesh for enhanced comfort.

Directions for Use

To use the knee sleeve:

  • Open all closures.
  • Slip the brace over your foot and up your leg.
  • Ensure the central patella hole is positioned over your kneecap.
  • Place stays on opposite sides of the kneecap.
  • Secure the four elastic straps in a diamond configuration around the kneecap, overlapping the top and bottom straps.
  • Avoid overstretching the elastic straps to ensure proper fit and comfort.
  • Once adjusted, thread the top and bottom outer locking straps through the D loops and secure them.
  • Check for comfort and adjust as necessary; you should feel firm compression without restriction.
  • Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
  • If discomfort arises, remove the brace and reapply.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
