Directions for Use

To properly wear the brace:

  • Disengage the ligament straps and slip the brace over your foot and up your leg.
  • Align the silicone pad’s patella hole with the center of your kneecap.
  • Ensure the brace is positioned comfortably before securing the ligament straps.
  • Wrap the two ligament straps under your kneecap, around the back, and over the top of the kneecap.
  • Attach the hook and loop above the kneecap to close.
  • Avoid stretching the straps excessively to prevent improper fit; medium to mild pressure is sufficient.
  • Flex your knee to confirm the grip is secure and the brace fits comfortably.
  • If any discomfort occurs, readjust the brace.
  • Ensure compression is firm but not too tight to restrict movement.
  • Consult a physician if you have doubts about suitability for your specific injury or activity.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
