Directions for Use

For optimal use of the Inguinal Hernia Belt, follow these instructions:

  • If your hernia is one-sided, remove the pad from the unused side. Consult your doctor for advice on whether to keep both pads in place.
  • Lie down on a flat surface.
  • Gently massage the swelling until it retracts back into the abdominal wall.
  • Place the pressure pad over the affected area without removing it from its pocket.
  • Secure the waist strap for a firm fit.
  • Adjust the leg straps and stand up.
  • Make final adjustments for comfort, ensuring the pad(s) remain over the affected area. It is recommended to wear the belt over an undergarment.
  • Ensure the compression is firm but not tight enough to restrict circulation.
  • Always select the appropriate support for your specific activity or injury and consult a physician if unsure.
  • Do not apply over open wounds or if you are prone to dermatitis.

Storage & Warnings

To maintain the quality of the Inguinal Hernia Belt, hand wash it in warm water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and dry cleaning. Hang the belt to air-dry in a well-ventilated area.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
