Directions for Use

Cold Use

  • Place the vest in the freezer for at least 2.5 hours before use or submerge it in heavily iced water until cold.
  • After removing from the freezer or iced water, dry the vest thoroughly before applying it to your body.
  • In hot environments, any moisture on the vest will evaporate quickly, aiding in cooling.

Hot Use

This vest can also be used for heat, although it is primarily designed for cold therapy.

  • To heat, microwave the gel pack only (not the vest) for 10-20 seconds on high, monitoring carefully.
  • If the pack swells, stop the microwave and allow it to settle before continuing.
  • Test the temperature, and if needed, heat further in short intervals until the desired warmth is achieved.
  • Once warm, reinsert the gel packs into the vest for application.

    Non-Damaged Returns

    Restocking Fees
