Directions for Use
Cold Therapy
Cold therapy reduces blood flow to a specific area. It is not recommended for individuals with sensory disorders or poor circulation. Incorrect application can cause skin, tissue, or nerve damage, so consult a doctor if you are uncertain.
To use, place the wrap in the freezer for 2-3 hours before applying. It is ideal for sports injuries and can be used multiple times a day as needed, especially within the first 72 hours, applying ice for 10 minutes every hour.
Heat Therapy
Heat therapy enhances circulation and blood flow to the affected area. Apply heat for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
For microwave heating, use short bursts of 20 seconds based on an 800W microwave until the desired temperature is reached. Avoid overheating and always start from room temperature, not frozen.
Storage & Warnings
To ensure safety, do not overheat the pack to avoid burns and limit heating to 20 seconds at a time. The gel is non-toxic, and cleaning is simple—just wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or machine wash. This product is intended for external use only; do not ingest the contents.
Dispose of the wrap if it becomes punctured, worn, or damaged. Avoid applying it to sensitive skin, open wounds, or on individuals unable to remove the product themselves. Keep out of reach of pets and children. For optimal storage, ensure the wrap is dry and reseal it in the provided bag. Store in the freezer to prolong its life.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
