Ingredients
The gel pack contains:
- Distilled Water
- Propylene Glycol
- Kathon-CG
- Dye
Directions for Use
Cold Use
- Remove the gel pack and place it in the freezer for at least 2 ½ hours before use.
- Alternatively, immerse the gel pack in a mixture of heavily iced water until suitably cold.
- Once cooled, dry the pack, wrap it in a towel or use a provided cover, and apply it as needed.
- Follow the RICE guidelines (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) after trauma.
- For the first 72 hours post-injury, apply the pack for 10 minutes, once an hour.
Hot Use
Microwave Method:
- Heat times are based on an 800W microwave, and adjustments may be necessary for different wattages.
- Always heat the gel pack from room temperature, not from frozen.
- Never microwave the fabric cover or strap.
- Monitor the pack while heating; if it swells, stop the microwave and let it subside.
- Place the gel pack flat in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds on HIGH.
- Using an oven glove or towel, remove the pack and check the temperature.
- If needed, distribute the heat by moving the gel, re-flattening the pack, and heating for an additional 10-20 seconds.
- Once heated, wrap the pack in a towel or cover and apply to the desired area.
Storage & Warnings
- Do not heat the pack for more than 10-20 seconds at a time to avoid melting the edges.
- Handle hot packs with caution; always use a towel or glove.
- Do not apply a hot pack directly to the skin without protection.
- Avoid putting weight on the gel pack by sitting on it.
- If the pack is damaged, allow the gel to cool completely before cleaning.
- The gel is 100% non-toxic.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
