Shipping
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. The minimum delivery timeframe is 1-2 days, although this may vary based on your location. All orders come with an Australia Post tracking number.
Returns
For urgent inquiries such as order cancellations or changes, please email us at info@bodyassist.com, including the email used for your order and your invoice number. For non-urgent inquiries, please call 03 9419 3177. We usually respond to messages within 2 business days.
Please be aware that we do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind. A strict 7-day return policy applies to unopened and unused products. Contact us promptly via email with your order number, product details, and any relevant photographic evidence if you wish to return or exchange an item. Items can only be returned if they are found to have a major problem as defined by consumer law.
Due to hygiene regulations, certain products cannot be returned, including those in skin contact, such as:
- Foot health products
- Above neck products (facial, dental)
- Groin/thigh products
- Cushions
- Sleeves
- Gloves
- Braces
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Re-delivery fees will apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or non-collection of the item.
For accepted change of mind returns, a partial refund will be issued once the item is returned in good condition, reflecting the logistical costs incurred.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
