Directions for Use
Cold Application
To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down body temperature, ease headaches and toothaches, and relieve minor burns:
- Freeze the pack for at least two hours.
- Insert the pack into the belt cover before use.
Hot Application
For temporary relief of aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain, and menstrual cramps:
Hot Water Method:
- Boil approximately 4-5 liters of water.
- Remove the pot from the stove.
- Fully immerse the pack in the water for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pack from the water and insert it into the belt pouch before use.
Microwave Method:
Note: Microwave wattage varies, affecting heating time. To prevent burns and damage, start with short heating intervals.
- Fold the pack so it rotates freely in the microwave without touching the walls.
- Heat for 40 seconds, monitoring for bulging. Stop immediately if bulging occurs.
- Let the pack rest for a minute, then test its heat. Avoid handling with bare hands.
- Turn the pack over and reheat if necessary in increments of 10-20 seconds, resting between each.
- Shake the pack periodically to distribute heat evenly.
- Once heated to the desired level, place it into the belt cover for use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
