Ingredients

Blink Contacts Eye Drops is a sterile, buffered isotonic solution that contains:

  • 0.15% sodium hyaluronate
  • Purified water
  • Boric acid
  • Sodium chloride
  • Potassium chloride
  • Sodium borate
  • Calcium chloride
  • Magnesium chloride
  • 0.005% OcuPure as preservative

Directions for Use

Place 1 or 2 drops in each lens as required. Blink several times to refresh the eye. Use as often as needed.

Storage & Warnings

Store at room temperature (< 25°C).

  • Do not swallow the solution.
  • Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
  • To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.
  • Keep the container's tip away from contact with the eye.
  • Close the bottle tightly immediately after use.
  • Discard remaining solution 45 days after opening.
  • Do not use after the expiry date.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Not for use in lens cases.
  • This product should not be used with other eye medications unless directed by a medical professional.
  • Do not mix with other fluids except as instructed.
  • If irritation develops, discontinue lens wear and consult your eye care practitioner.
  • Do not use if packaging is opened or damaged.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
