Blackmores Omega Brain High DHA Fish Oil is a concentrated fish oil supplement designed to support brain health, cognitive function, eye health, and overall wellbeing. This one-a-day formula is suitable for individuals who may not consume fish regularly and want to incorporate mental and visual health support into their daily routine. Each capsule contains 500 mg of DHA, providing four times the amount of DHA compared to standard fish oil capsules.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients per Capsule:

  • Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides: 1 g (1000 mg)
  • Omega-3 marine triglycerides: 600 mg
  • Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 100 mg
  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 500 mg

Contains: Fish products, sulfites, and soya bean products.

Allergen Contains: Fish, Soybean, Sulphites.

Directions for Use

Take as recommended or as prescribed by a health professional. It is advised to take with food.

  • Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day.
  • Children 1-17 years: Give 1 capsule once a day. For children unable to swallow, pierce the capsule, squeeze the contents into milk, juice, or cereal, and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.

Storage & Warnings

Storage Temperature: Below 30°C.

  • Not recommended for children under 1 year.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
