Directions for Use

Follow the recommended dosage or as directed by a health professional. Take with food. For children who cannot swallow capsules, pierce the capsule, squeeze the contents into milk, juice, or cereal, and consume immediately. Do not swallow capsules whole.

  • For Heart, Skin, and General Health: Adults - Take 2 capsules daily.
  • For Brain and Eye Health: Adults - Take 3 capsules daily.
  • For Healthy Growth and Development: Children (1-17 years) - Take 2 capsules once daily. Use only under adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 1 year.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns

    Restocking Fees

    Shipping Damage
