  • WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements, as excess intake can lead to birth defects.
  • The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms for women and 900 micrograms for men.
  • Dietary supplements are beneficial only if dietary intake is inadequate.
  • This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 mcg from dietary supplements.
  • If you have pre-existing conditions or are on any medications, consult your health professional before use.
  • Some products should be ceased at least two weeks prior to any elective surgery; please confirm with your health professional.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
