Directions for Use
- Wash and dry hands before preparing feed. Wash and rinse the cup or bottle and all utensils.
- Using the scoop provided, add 6 scoops of powder to 180 mL of cool boiled water. Level off each scoop without compacting the powder.
- Whisk, shake, or stir briskly until the powder dissolves. Serve immediately. Prepare each bottle separately and refrigerate any made-up formula not used within 24 hours.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure the lid is securely fastened after each use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
