General Information

BIOGLAN Rapid Action Throat-Clear Lozenges are specially formulated herbal lozenges designed to relieve symptoms associated with common colds and flu. They help address early signs of a cold, such as a tickly and sore throat. These lozenges contain a blend of herbs and nutrients, including Vitamin C and Zinc, to support healthy immune system function. Eucalyptus oil is included to provide soothing relief for sore throats and coughs, as well as to alleviate nasal congestion.

Ingredients

Each lozenge contains:

  • Echinacea purpurea herb juice fresh 63mg (equivalent to fresh herb 126mg)
  • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg
  • Thyme Oil 5.8mg
  • Peppermint Oil 5mg
  • Menthol 3mg
  • Fennel Oil 3mg
  • Anise Oil 3mg
  • Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 2.6mg
  • Nigella sativa seed oil fixed 2mg
  • Eucalyptus Oil 2mg
  • Primula veris root and rhizome extract liquid 1mg (equivalent to root & rhizome dry 1mg)

Directions for Use

For adults, dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours, with a maximum of 8 lozenges per day. For children over 12 years, dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth up to 5 times daily.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age or in children under two years. Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Contains 6g of Maltitol and Sorbitol at the maximum recommended daily dose, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. If cough persists, consult your doctor. If symptoms continue, seek advice from a health professional. Ensure the product is sealed for freshness; do not use if the foil seal is broken or missing.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
