Directions for Use
Adults should take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by a health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Contains fish products. Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
