Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
- Zinc amino acid chelate (30 mg zinc) - 150 mg
- Magnesium amino acid chelate (20 mg magnesium) - 100 mg
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - 100 mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6, 24.8 mg pyridoxine) - 30 mg
- Retinol acetate (Vitamin A, 450 micrograms retinol equivalents) - 518 micrograms
Contains: Soya bean products and sulfites.

Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements. Excessive intake of vitamin A (over 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents) can cause birth defects. The recommended daily intake of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms for women and 900 micrograms for men.
Inform your doctor of any medications taken during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Zinc can be harmful if taken in large amounts or for extended periods. Discontinue use if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness, and consult your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).
Dietary supplements are beneficial only if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Contains soya bean products, phenylalanine, and sulfites. Always consult your healthcare professional before use if you have pre-existing conditions or are on medications. Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery; please confirm with your health professional.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
