Directions for Use
Adults: Take one capsule twice a day with food, or as prescribed by a health professional.

Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements. Excessive intake of vitamin A may lead to birth defects. The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 700 mcg for women and 900 mcg for men.
This product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it is not suitable for children under 2 years old.
If you experience tingling, burning, or numbness, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Consult your health professional if taking multiple products containing vitamin B6.
This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses; do not exceed a daily intake of 150 mcg from dietary supplements. Dietary supplements should only be used if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional.
Note: Discuss any pre-existing conditions or medications with your healthcare professional before use. Some products may need to be stopped at least two weeks before elective surgery.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
