PreBiome Fibre is a highly soluble oral powder that delivers a broad spectrum prebiotic blend. It provides a good source of fibre and prebiotics, featuring Sunfiber®, a clinically trialled ingredient that supports bowel regularity and promotes healthy bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. This formula also includes the juice from nine different types of berries and green tea extract, offering a natural source of polyphenols and catechins, including epigallocatechin gallate.

Ingredients include: Sunfiber® (partially hydrolysed guar gum) 80%, berry juice powder (13%) which consists of tapioca maltodextrin, raspberry juice, strawberry juice, pomegranate juice, elderberry juice, blackcurrant juice, blueberry juice, cranberry juice, acai puree, goji juice, acacia gum (4%), and green tea extract (1%) containing 50% polyphenols, 30% catechins, and 15% EGCG.
Directions for Use
Adults are advised to add 7.5g (3 level scoops) once daily. Mix with 200mL of water and consume immediately. Shake or stir until completely mixed. This product can also be enjoyed in smoothies or yogurt.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Consult a health professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep the jar sealed when not in use and avoid exposure to moisture. Use within 3 months of opening. Taste, colour, and smell may vary between batches due to the natural variability of berry juice powder, but this does not affect product quality. Always consult a health professional if you have pre-existing conditions or are on medication. Some products may need to be ceased at least two weeks before elective surgery, so please confirm with your health professional.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
