Directions for Use

Adults should take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed. It is recommended to take the capsule with food.

Pregnant women or those considering pregnancy should not take vitamin A supplements without consulting a doctor or pharmacist, as excessive vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms for men.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
