Each capsule contains the following active ingredients:
- Gymnema sylvestre (gymnema) extract dry concentration: 125 mg (equivalent to 2 g of dry leaf)
- Momordica charantia (bitter melon) extract dry concentration: 100 mg (equivalent to 3 g of fresh fruit)
- Galega officinalis (goat's rue) extract dry concentration: 100 mg (equivalent to 2 g of fresh flowering herb)
- Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) extract dry concentration: 100 mg (equivalent to 400 mg of dry seed)
- Alpha lipoic acid (R,S form): 200 mg
- Chromic chloride hexahydrate: 1.3 mg (equivalent to 250 micrograms of chromium)
- Chromium picolinate: 400 micrograms (equivalent to 50 micrograms of chromium)
- Biotin (vitamin H): 1 mg
Contains: sulfites and phenylalanine.
Directions for Use
Adults should take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed. It is recommended to take the capsule with food.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
