ArmaForce® Throat Relief is an herbal spray infused with Manuka honey. This product combines herbal extracts and zinc to aid in relieving sore throats. It features sage, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for mild throat inflammation, and licorice, recognized in traditional Chinese medicine for sore throat relief. Echinacea is included for its traditional use in alleviating symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections, such as the common cold. Additionally, zinc contributes to supporting a healthy immune system.

- Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) extract: 71.6 mg (equivalent to dry root and stolon 286.5 mg, standardized to contain 14.3 mg glycyrrhizinic acid)
- Salvia officinalis (sage) extract: 34.7 mg (equivalent to dry leaf 190.9 mg)
- Echinacea purpurea (echinacea) extract: 31.8 mg (equivalent to dry root 190.9 mg, standardized to cichoric acid 63.6 micrograms)
- Zinc gluconate: 17.5 mg (equivalent to zinc 2.2 mg)
- Clove bud oil: 1.4 micrograms
- Honey (Manuka): 71.6 mg

Directions for Use
For adults, pump 5 sprays towards the back of the throat. Repeat every 2 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 times (40 sprays) in 24 hours, or as directed by a health professional. Shake well before use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
