Ingredients
Active: Benzoyl Peroxide 50 mg/g; Inactive: Acrylate Copolymer, Glycerol, Carbomer 940, Sodium C14-C16 Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Hydroxide Q.S. or Citric Acid Q.S. for pH adjustment, Purified Water to 100 g.
Directions for Use
Use Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Wash in the shower as the first step in your three-step acne routine. Wet the area you wish to treat, work the wash into a lather, apply it, and leave it on for 30 seconds before rinsing off. Pat dry and follow with your preferred acne treatment, concluding with a moisturizer. Start with once daily application, increasing to twice daily as your skin adjusts. During initial use, some may experience an increase in skin peeling, which typically subsides within a day or two if treatment is paused.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always read the label and follow directions for use. It is advised not to use other skincare products that may irritate or exfoliate the skin simultaneously when using this product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
