For health and hygiene reasons, returns for pillows, quilts, toppers, mattress protectors, and mattresses cannot be accepted unless faulty or not as ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your mattress, please contact us to assist with resolving the issue.
Shipping, Warranty & Returns
We dispatch items within 2 business days, and tracking information will be provided.
For 'Change of Mind' returns, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. A satisfactory proof of photos or videos is required to ensure:
- The product is unused and in the same condition it was sold.
- No damages, stains, or misuse of the product.
- The original packaging is used to prevent damage during return shipping.
If the item is returned without original packaging, a 50% deduction of the original price will apply. Please retain the original packaging for safe returns.
Restocking fees of 15% of the original price will be deducted upon receipt of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Prepaid Shipping Labels
