Renu® Fresh™ Multi-Purpose Solution is designed for the cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting, and storing of soft contact lenses. With daily use, it effectively removes protein build-up, providing a fresh and comfortable lens-wearing experience. This solution is suitable for all soft contact lenses, including silicone hydrogel lenses.

Ingredients
The solution contains a sterile, isotonic formulation that includes:
- HYDRANATE® (hydroxyalkylphosphonate)
- Boric acid
- Edetate disodium
- Poloxamine
- Sodium borate
- Sodium chloride
- Preserved with DYMED™ (polyaminopropyl biguanide) 0.0001%
Directions for Use
For optimal cleaning and disinfection of your contact lenses, follow these steps:
- Place 3 drops of Renu® Fresh™ Multi-Purpose Solution on each side of the lens surface and gently rub for 20 seconds.
- Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens with Renu® Fresh™ Multi-Purpose Solution for 5 seconds.
- Store the cleaned lens in the lens case filled with fresh solution and soak for at least 4 hours. Always use fresh solution and never reuse.
Storage & Warnings
For safe use, observe the following precautions:
- Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses.
- Clean, rinse, and disinfect lenses each time they are removed.
- Handle the same lens (right or left) first to avoid mix-ups.
- Empty and rinse the lens case with fresh solution after each use, and allow it to air dry.
- Replace the lens case monthly.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store below 30°C and keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
- Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
- Use before the expiration date marked on the carton and bottle.
- Discard remaining solution within 90 days after opening.
- Do not use tap water or other non-recommended liquids with lenses or lens cases.
- This product is for external use only.
- Always discard solution from the lens case after each use to avoid contamination.
- Regularly visit your eye care practitioner.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
