Directions for Use
- Stop the Bleed and Clean the Wound: Ensure the bleeding has stopped, then clean and dry the wound completely.
- Skip the Ointment: To ensure proper adhesion, do not apply creams, ointments, or lotions to the wound.
- Seal it Up: Remove the white paper tabs and apply the gel plaster directly onto the wound.
- Watch it Work: The product will start to swell within 24 hours, indicating absorption has begun.
- Keep it On: This plaster provides protection for several days. Remove it when it begins to detach by carefully stretching one end along the skin, avoiding upward pulling.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
