Directions for Use
For best results, clean the product before its first use. Store all components in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use in a microwave or traditional oven, and do not boil or steam sterilize the parts. Feeding teats may be sterilized. The bottle is dishwasher safe (top rack only) or can be hand washed in warm soapy water and thoroughly rinsed. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Storage & Warnings
For the safety and health of your child, this product is not a toy. Always supervise your child while using the bottle. Do not allow children to walk or run with it. Keep unused components out of reach. Avoid letting children bite or chew on the product, as individual parts may pose a choking hazard. Clean before each use and, if using with feeding teats, sterilize them by placing in boiling water for 5 minutes prior to first use. Always check the temperature of liquids or food before use, as hot contents can cause burns. Do not use with liquids or foods over 45°C (113°F). Be cautious when opening with warm contents, as pressure may build up. The straws are not suitable for children under 6 months. Discard at first signs of damage or weakness. Continuous sucking of fluids may lead to tooth decay. Avoid exposing any parts to direct sunlight or heat, and do not leave in disinfectant for longer than recommended. Some liquids or foods may discolor the bottle, but this will not affect performance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
