AOSept Plus with HydraGlyde TWIN Pack is specifically designed for both soft (including silicone hydrogel) and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. This preservative-free, hydrogen peroxide-based solution effectively cleans, disinfects, and removes protein from all types of contact lenses, ensuring a safe and comfortable wearing experience.

Ingredients

Hydrogen Peroxide 3%, Phosphonic Acid, Sodium Chloride, Phosphate, Poloxamer, HydraGlyde Moisture Matrix (EOBO-21- Polyoxyethylene-Polyoxybutylene).

Directions for Use

  1. Never place AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde solution directly into your eye or on a contact lens immediately before insertion.
  2. Wash and dry your hands using a clean, lint-free towel.
  3. Open the lens holder marked "L", remove your left lens and place it on the dome. Close the holder, ensuring the lens is not trapped.
  4. Repeat the procedure for your right lens using the holder marked "R".
  5. Thoroughly rinse the lenses in the holders with AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde for 5 seconds.
  6. Fill the lens case with AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde solution up to the fill line. Do not underfill or overfill.
  7. Place the lens holder in the case and tighten it without shaking the case.
  8. Store the lens case upright. If bubbles leak from the cap, empty the case and clean it to prevent contamination.
  9. Allow lenses to soak for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to neutralise the solution before wearing.
  10. After soaking, wash your hands, remove your lenses from the holder, and rinse them with sterile saline if desired.
  11. Discard used solution, rinse the lens case and holder with sterile saline, and allow to air dry.
  12. If not wearing lenses immediately, they may be stored in neutralised AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde solution in the unopened lens case for up to 14 days.

  • Never put non-neutralised AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde solution into your eye.
  • Soak lenses for at least 6 hours in the provided lens case before insertion.
  • Non-neutralised solution can cause burning and stinging if it contacts the eye.
  • Avoid using AOSEPT PLUS with HydraGlyde to rinse lenses in hands.
  • Use only the enclosed AOCUP lens case; do not use other cases or mix solutions.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • If swallowed, drink water and consult a doctor.
  • Consult a doctor before using any medication with contact lenses.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
