Ingredients
Creme Bleach Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Peg-20 Stearate, Stearic Acid, Paraffinum Liquidum, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Creme Activator Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cetyl Alcohol, Petrolatum, Emulsifying Wax Nf, Ammonium Hydroxide, Paraffinum Liquidum, Sodium Carbonate, Fragrance (Parfum), Citronellol, Geraniol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Directions for Use
- Wash your face with soap and water, then dry thoroughly.
- Squeeze a 2.5-inch strip of Creme Bleach into the mixing cup.
- Add the Creme Activator and blend the two thoroughly.
- Using the spatula, apply the mixture to the area to be lightened, ensuring all hair is completely covered. Do not rub.
- Bleaching time may vary. Wait for 10 minutes.
- Wash off a small area with cool water to check if the desired result is achieved.
- If additional lightening is needed, apply more mixture to the checked area and wait an extra 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
- Dispose of any unused mixture.
Storage & Warnings
- Always perform a patch test before use.
- Do not apply to inflamed or irritated skin. If tenderness or irritation occurs, remove the product immediately.
- Hair bleaching may slightly alter the skin tone in treated areas for individuals with darker pigmentation. This will return to its natural shade within 72 hours.
- Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately with lukewarm water if contact occurs.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Wear suitable gloves during application.
- Avoid using metal dishes or applicators with the creme bleach.
- Do not use after a hot bath, as open pores may increase sensitivity.
- Do not store or reuse the bleach mixture. Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
