Ingredients

The Alula Gold Newborn Infant Formula includes the following:

  • Milk Solids
  • Vegetable Oils (including esterified and soybean oils)
  • Long-chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (Arachidonic Acid [AA], Docosahexaenoic Acid [DHA])
  • Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)
  • Amino Acids (L-cysteine, L-leucine, Choline, L-phenylalanine, L-histidine, L-valine)
  • Taurine
  • Inositol
  • Nucleotides (various types)
  • Antioxidants (Mixed Tocopherols Concentrate, Ascorbyl Palmitate)
  • L-carnitine, Lutein

Minerals include Potassium, Chloride, Calcium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Iodine, Manganese, and Selenium.

Vitamins include Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Niacin, Vitamin D, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin E, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B1, Vitamin K, Folic Acid, Vitamin B2, and Vitamin B6.

The protein source is cow's milk. This product contains milk and soy, with allergens including soybean and milk.

Directions for Use

Each stickpack is designed for a fixed volume, but your baby may require more or less than specified. Ideally, prepare the formula just before feeding. If necessary, refrigerate and use any prepared formula within 24 hours. After opening, use the stickpack immediately or discard it. From 6 months, introduce solid foods in addition to this formula.

Storage & Warnings

Follow the preparation instructions carefully. Ensure that bottles and teats are cleaned and prepared as directed. Do not alter the proportions of powder unless advised by a medical professional, as incorrect preparation can be harmful to your baby.

Breast milk is the best option for babies. Consult your doctor or health worker before using this product.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
