ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite is a comfortable, shower-proof silicone foam dressing designed with breathable REACTIC™ film technology. Its triple layer technology supports dynamic fluid management, helping to maintain a moist wound environment and promoting faster healing. The dressing features a gentle silicone gel adhesive, a thin hydrocellular foam core, and a waterproof top film that can be applied for up to 7 days.

Directions for Use
To use ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite Dressings:
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound. Clean the wound and surrounding skin with clean water, removing any visible dirt or debris.
- Clean and dry the skin around the wound and trim any excess hair close to the wound.
- Ensure the absorbent pad covers the entire wound area before applying the dressing.
- Open the pouch by peeling apart the flaps and remove the dressing.
- Start to remove the backing paper from the dressing.
- Anchor the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.
- Smooth the dressing over the wound, removing the remaining backing paper.
- Ensure the dressing is flat to the wound, free from creases, and properly adhered all around the wound. The dressing can be repositioned if necessary.
ALLEVYN Gentle Border Lite Dressings can be cut to fit smaller wounds or awkward areas. However, cutting may compromise its bacterial barrier and waterproof properties. If cut, ensure any exposed foam areas are covered with an appropriate film dressing without covering the entire dressing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
